ABBOTT CUSTOM HOMES LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the ABBOTT CUSTOM HOMES Android application handles information when you browse custom-home concepts, save residences, manage your project cart, create booking requests, save drafts, and edit your profile.

The app is designed to operate primarily using information stored directly on the user’s device. It does not require account registration or an online user account.

2. Information You May Enter

The app allows users to voluntarily enter or save information including

• Profile image
• Preferred consultation category
• Architectural preferences
• Investment or budget range

This information is used only to provide the features requested by the user.

3. Local Device Storage

Profile information, favourites, cart selections, booking requests, drafts, preferences, and related app records are stored locally on the user’s device.

The current version of the app does not automatically upload this locally saved information to an ABBOTT CUSTOM HOMES server.

Local information may remain on the device until the user

• Removes individual records inside the app
• Uses the app’s clear-data option
• Clears the app’s storage through Android settings
• Uninstalls the application

Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may permanently remove locally stored information.

4. How Information Is Used

Information entered by the user may be used to

• Create and manage a personal app profile
• Pre-fill consultation booking forms
• Save incomplete booking drafts
• Display booking history
• Organize favourite residences
• Maintain project-cart selections
• Personalize the selected city or planning location
• Prepare information for a user-initiated support or email action
• Maintain app settings and interface preferences

We do not use this information for targeted advertising, profiling, credit decisions, financial services, or automated eligibility decisions.

5. Profile Images

Users may select a profile image through the Android system document or photo picker.

The app does not require broad access to the user’s photo library or general device storage. The user chooses the specific image they want to use.

The app may save a local reference to the selected image so it can continue to display it. Removing the image from the app does not delete the original image from the user’s device or cloud-storage provider.

6. Permissions and Device Access

The app does not request access to

• Precise or approximate location
• Camera
• Microphone
• Contacts
• Call logs
• SMS messages
• Calendar
• General photo-library access
• General file storage
• Background location
• Health information

The app may declare the standard Android Internet permission. The current version does not use this permission to automatically upload locally stored profile, booking, cart, draft, or favourite information to our servers.

7. External Applications and User-Initiated Actions

The app may allow users to intentionally open another application, such as

• An email application
• The phone dialer
• A web browser
• The Android sharing interface

No email, call, share, or external action is completed without user interaction.

When the user chooses to send information through another application, that information may be handled by the selected third-party application or service according to its own privacy policy and terms.

ABBOTT CUSTOM HOMES is not responsible for the privacy practices of external applications, email providers, telecommunications providers, browsers, or websites.

8. Data Collection and Transmission

The current version of the app does not operate an account system and does not automatically transmit locally stored profile or project information to our servers.

If a future version introduces cloud synchronization, online account creation, remote booking submission, analytics, advertising, or another form of off-device data transmission, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before those features are released.

9. Sharing and Sale of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information.

We do not share locally stored user information with advertising companies, data brokers, or marketing networks.

Information may only leave the app when the user deliberately initiates an external action, such as opening an email application or sharing content.

10. Advertising and Analytics

The current version of ABBOTT CUSTOM HOMES does not include

• Third-party advertising
• Advertising identifiers
• Behavioural advertising
• Firebase Analytics
• Third-party analytics SDKs
• User-tracking SDKs
• Social-media tracking pixels

If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced in a future release, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety section will be updated accordingly.

11. Accounts and Authentication

The app does not require users to create an online account.

It does not use

• Passwords
• Social-media login
• Google account login
• Authentication tokens
• Cloud user profiles

Because no online user account is created, there is no remote account record to delete.

12. Payments

The app does not collect or process

• Credit-card information
• Debit-card information
• Bank-account details
• Online payments
• In-app purchases
• Subscriptions
• Financial credentials

A booking request saved inside the app is not a completed payment or a confirmed appointment.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally saved information is retained until the user removes it, clears the application’s storage, or uninstalls the app.

Users may delete information by

• Removing applicable bookings, drafts, favourites, cart items, or profile information inside the app.
• Using the app’s clear-saved-data option, where available.
• Opening Android Settings, selecting ABBOTT CUSTOM HOMES, and clearing the application’s storage.
• Uninstalling the application.

Deleting app data does not delete information already sent by the user through an external email provider or another third-party application. Users should contact that third party regarding information already submitted to it.

14. Data Security

The app relies on Android’s application sandbox and device-level security features to help protect locally stored information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device, screen lock, backups, email account, and other connected applications.

No electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid entering highly sensitive, financial, medical, or confidential information into project-note fields.

15. Children’s Privacy

ABBOTT CUSTOM HOMES is intended for adults exploring home-design and custom-home planning services.

The app is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an online service.
